Welcome to Akuna Jewels. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. PRODUCT INFORMATION

  1. Akuna Jewels offers fashion jewellery unless otherwise specifically mentioned.
  2. Product images are for representation only. Actual colour, finish, or detailing may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, or handmade craftsmanship.
  3. Product size, material, weight, and specifications are provided as accurately as possible. Minor variations are not considered defects.
  4. Prices, product details, and availability may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice.
  5. Taxes are extra and will be calculated at checkout according to applicable law

2. PRICING & PAYMENT

  1. All prices displayed are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes unless specified.
  2. Customers are responsible for paying all taxes, duties, and charges at checkout.
  3. We accept online payments only through secure and authorized payment gateways.
  4. Orders are considered confirmed only after full payment is successfully received.
  5. Akuna Jewels reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:
    • Pricing errors
    • Stock unavailability
    • Suspicious or fraudulent transactions

Cash on Delivery is not offered.

3. ORDER CONFIRMATION & CANCELLATION

  1. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

If Akuna Jewels cancels an order for internal reasons, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  1. Orders are shipped as per the dispatch timelines mentioned on the product page.
  2. Delivery time depends on your location and courier partner availability.
  3. Delays caused by logistics partners, weather, strikes, or public holidays are beyond our control.
  4. Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to:
    • Incorrect address
    • Wrong contact information
    • Customer unavailability

Once a package is handed over to the courier partner, Akuna Jewels is not liable for loss, delay, or damage during transit.

5. RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

  1. Returns/Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
    • Wrong item received
    • Damaged item received
    • Manufacturing defect
  2. Mandatory unboxing video proof is required for any claim. Claims without proper video evidence will not be accepted.
  3. Customers must inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  4. Products must be unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
  5. Returns will not be accepted for:
    • Change of mind
    • Dislike of product
    • Minor colour/size variations
    • Damage caused after use
  6. Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after inspection and approval of the returned product.

Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the error is from our side.

6. PRODUCT CARE

  1. Fashion jewellery requires gentle handling.
  2. Avoid contact with water, perfume, sweat, hairspray, or chemicals.
  3. Store items in a dry place, ideally in air-tight or zip-lock pouches.

Akuna Jewels is not responsible for damage resulting from improper storage or rough handling.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  1. All logos, product images, website content, descriptions, graphics, and designs are the intellectual property of Akuna Jewels.

Copying, modifying, distributing, or using any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. WEBSITE USE

  1. Customers must not misuse the website for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.

Any attempt to interfere with website functionality or security may result in legal action.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Akuna Jewels is not responsible for:

  • Loss, damage, or delay during transit
  • Misuse of products after delivery
  • Skin reactions or allergies
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the order value paid by the customer.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or logistic disruptions.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Mysore.
